  2. How many are on the market?
  3. What is the range of asking prices?
  4. What is the percentage of asking price to sale price?
  5. What is the average time on the market?
  6. How do they compare to your home in age, size and condition?
Select a qualified REALTOR who knows the market in your area. Ask them to find the answers to these critical questions and ask them to give you their expert opinion.
